We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a retreat booking, please let us know as early as possible in writing.

Make sure that non-refundable registration fees or token amount can not be refund in any circumstances.

Cancellation and refund policies may vary center to center and nature of the retreat. Please confirm this before enrolling yourself.

Generally, cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date will receive a full refund of any fees paid (sometimes minus a small processing fee).

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be eligible for a partial refund (for example, 50%), as late cancellations impact our costs significantly.

Cancellations less than one week prior to arrival (or failure to show up) usually cannot be refunded, but we will do our best to apply a credit toward a future retreat if circumstances allow. (Group or long-term bookings may have different terms.)

If we must cancel an event for any reason (low enrollment, emergency, etc.), you will receive a full refund.

For online programs, similar notice periods apply.

In all cases, we recommend obtaining travel insurance for unexpected issues. Any refund due will be processed promptly using the original payment method.
